WordPress Care Plans
Congratulations!!! Your new custom WordPress website is now live. So now what? Well, the answer is easy. We need to protect your investment and that begins with one of our WordPress Care plans. With either our Plus or Premium WordPress Care Plan, we will perform weekly updates of the WordPress, Genesis framework, and your plugin files. In addition, WE WILL PAY the annual subscriptions for all premium plugin licensing for the Genesis framework, Beaver Builder, Soliloquy Slider plus all current and future Soliloquy add-ons (i.e. WooCommerce, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.) and so much more! We proactively guard your website against hacks, which begins with a 30+ point lockdown of your WordPress website to make it more resistant to the actions of hackers. Your website's files and database will be backed up automatically each day. This backup is encrypted and stored on our external data cloud where we retain the previous 30 backups for your website.
Addon Support Hours
Addon Support Hours are a great compliment to any one of our WordPress Care Plans. The hours can be used on activities like basic code changes, troubleshooting, one-on-one user training, plugin investigation, recommendations, and research photography. The Addon Support Hours that we offer are in 3 to 4 hour, 5 to 9 hour and 10 or more hour buckets and are on an annual contract. The discounts given on the hourly rate are 5%, 10% and 15% off per hour respectively.
